Improvment of powder flow.
climate it can happen that the delivery of powder is not guaranteed
between the filter container and the coating container. This occurs
when the powder within the filter container, about the exit, form a
bridge so that only air and no powder can come to the delivery
injector. Then the coating container receives no powder and the unit
goes after some time on disturbance.
Problem solution:
A more precipitous wall with a vibrator is inserted in the filter
container.
After a delivery interval is concluded, compressed air with approx.
0.5
bar comes over a valve during 10 seconds to the fluid soil of the filter
container. At the
same time in addition, the vibrator with compressed
air is also activated. This causes that the powder level in the container
will be compensated and no bridge nor crater will be formed. With it, the
conditions for the next transport inverbal are given.
The customer is in a
position to carry out the modification by himself,
in approx. 5 working hours.
