It may happen in some cases that under very critical working conditions even slightest pressure difference inside of the cyclone during the powder feeding process might effect the powder stripe application quality. In order to ensure always the same pressure conditions inside the coating container during powder feeding and while idling we recently began to install a pinch valve at the relief line of the cyclone. This valve shuts the relief line when no powder is being fed. The retrofit kit can be ordered under ident.-no. 45929.
