It may happen in some cases that under very critical working conditions even the slightest pressure difference inside the cyclone during the powder feeding process might affect the powder stripe application quality. In order to ensure always the same pressure conditions inside the coating container during powder feeding and while idling we recently began to install a pinch valve at the relief line of the cyclone.
