Fresh powder is conveyed dust-free into the cycle of the seam
coating unit. The material remains clean and dry.
The previous fresh powder container is no longer required as the
powder is directly fed from the drum into the cyclone of the screening
machine.
The suction device with its injector plate is lowered into the powder
drum by the push of a button and the cover put on.
The evacuator conveys only the amount of powder which is required
by the seam coating unit.
If the barrel is empty, the operator is warned. For HPC and XPC
systems only an integrated injector rod permits the removal of
smallest residual powder quantities at the bottom of the drum.
