The weld seam is covered with a 100% pore-free
seam at the lowest possible material cost. The
thickness and width of the powder coat are
individually selectable. Minimum-width powder
stripes for non-primed cans result in considerable
savings. The Direct-Powder-Coating-Technique
which Frei AG had developed, with the smallest
possible volumes of powder and air in the recycling
circuit, has made possible an extremely compact
design. The units operate optionally with thermoplastic
or thermosetting powders. The extractor hood in the
can take-off conveyor of the welding machine and the
recycling circuit for the small amount of excess
powder prevent airborne dust and eliminate
environmental hazards.

-     BPC for low and medium production
      capacities

-     MPC for lower and medium production
capacities

-     XPC for medium and high production
