Frei Direct-Lacquer-Roller-Coating-Technique
Wet lacquer seam coating units with roller for welded inside seams. Cost-effective units for coating seams of welded cans for food, beverage and aerosol use as well as general line containers. Every welder can be equipped with either a DRC lacquer arm or a powder arm. This interchangeability enables the can manufacturer to adjust production to meet market requirements.

Automatic lacquer feed and lacquer level control unit.
A pressurized tank supplies fresh lacquer to point of application.
Seam cooling unit with nozzles for integration into exit conveyor of welder.
